this is how to build a mousetrap

This is how to make a very effective and simple and humane mousetrap. It really works!
When the mousie nibbles the kit kat, the lid falls and traps it inside. The book lends some weight so it can’t open the lid and jump out.
Make sure the tin is big enough for the mouse and remember it has a tail. Place the kit kat finger far enough back towards the hinge so that when the trap triggers and the lid falls, it won’t fall on the mouse’s tail.
When you release the mouse, do it two or three miles away because the mouse will come back.

But moosie, thou art no thy ‘lane
In proving foresight may be vain.
The best-laid schemes o’ mice and men gang aft agley
And lea’e us nought but grief and pain
For promis’d joy.
-Robert Burns
